Granola Parfaits with Home-made Chamomile Yogurt and Edible Flowers

Serves: 4


For the home-made chamomile yogurt:

1/4 gallon / 950 ml / 32 fl. oz whole milk
2 chamomile tea bags
40 g / 1.4 oz. plain full fat yogurt

For the stove-top granola:

Scant 2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
2 tbsp. shaved coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. coconut oil
4 tbsp. honey or sweetener of choice

For the granola parfaits:

Home-made chamomile yogurt
Punnet fresh blueberries
Edible flowers (pansies, nasturtiums and carnations)
