– 2 bananas
– 1 tablespoon sesame
– 1 tablespoon flax seeds
– 1 tablespoon cinnamon
– raisins
– 2 tablespoons honey
For the cream:
– yogurt or pudding
Decorate as desired:
– banana
– clementine
– coconut flakes
– black chocolate
