One-Pot Cheeseburger Macaroni

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 pound ground beef
1 jar Ragu Homestyle Thick and Hearty Traditional Sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
1 pounds elbow macaroni (penne or rotini also work)
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley or scallions to garnish
