1 teaspoon Sugar

Bechamel Sauce
4 tbsp Butter Unsalted
5 tbsp Flour All-purpose
3 cups Milk Whole or 2 %
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 Eggs + 1 egg yolk
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
