400g sugar

2 x 165g cans coconut milk
20ml (4 tsp) cornflour
Knob of ginger, grated
125ml (½ cup) fresh orange juice
30ml (2 tbsp) castor sugar
Grated rind of 1 orange
3ml orange food colouring
