Raspberry Truffle Brownies

Raspberry Truffle Brownies feature a thick and chewy brownie base, chocolate raspberry frosting, and a chocolate drizzle!

Yield: 9×13 tray of brownies
Serving Size: 1 brownie


For the Brownies:

1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
2 cups granulated sugar
5 large eggs, at room temperature

For the Raspberry Truffle Frosting:

8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
(1) 8 ounce block of cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
1/8 teaspoon salt
For the Chocolate Glaze:
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon canola oil
