Poppy Seed and Sour Cream Cake


For the cake:

230 g flour
100 g cold butter
5 g baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
30 g sugar

For the cream:

500 ml milk
200 g poppy seeds
100 g semolina
100 g butter
150 g sugar
200 g full fat sour cream
1 tbsp sunflower oil

For the second cream:

400 g full fat sour cream
3 eggs
80 g sugar
