Pink Pitaya Mango Smoothie Bowl

This is the prettiest, easiest, and healthiest way to stay hydrated this summer… and it’s so delicious!

Ingredients:

1 c mango-infused coconut water (This is a great coconut water)
2 frozen bananas (don’t worry if they aren’t frozen, you can use fresh ones)
1 large mango, peeled and cut up
3 Tbs pink pitaya powder (or whatever amount gives you the color you like)
1 lb frozen peaches
12 oz frozen cauliflower florets
These are the toppings I used: bee pollen granules, fresh mint leaves, hemp seeds, raw cacao nibs, fresh raspberries (mix it up as you see fit)
