8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
2 packages (3.9 oz. each) Instant Chocolate pudding mix (chocolate jello)
3 cups whole milk
2 containers (8 oz. each) containers Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese (1 package)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
