No-Bake Cheesecake Parfaits with Boozy Cherries

These parfaits are made with a simple 4-ingredient cheesecake filling, layered with graham cracker crumbs and sweet, bourbon-flavored cherries! No baking, no chill time – just good, summer dessert in cute little jars!

For the Cheesecake Filling:

2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese (16 oz total), softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk

For the Cherries:

4 cups pitted sweet cherries
6 tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 tsp almond extract
A splash of bourbon optional but yummy! Add more or less, to taste
12 sheets graham crackers, crushed
