Ingredients:
Raw Brownie Crust
1½ cup raw almonds
1½ cup raw pecans
3 tbsp cacao powder (unsweetened cocoa powder will also work, but won’t be raw)
¼ cup flaxmeal
12-15 Medjool dates (soaked for 15-20 minutes if they aren’t soft)
1-2 tbsp water, if needed
Mint Cream
1 can coconut cream
¼ cup brown rice syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp mint extract
2 tbsp Oriya Organics Superfood Protein Medley
1-2 tbsp organic powdered sugar, optional
