3 – 250g pkgs of low-fat cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
½ cup egg whites (about 5 large eggs)
¾ cup low-fat sour cream
1 vanilla bean (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)
Blueberry Compote
600g frozen blueberries
¼ cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp water
