Gluten Free Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients:

3 oz. dark chocolate, chopped (I used 70%)
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 large egg, room temperature
1 egg yolk, room temperature
1/4 cup granulated sugar
pinch of fine sea salt
2 Tablespoons Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour
