⅓ cup (5-1/3 tablespoons) butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ gallon mint-chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces – Ghiradelli
⅓ cup butter
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 12-ounce (1-1/2 cups) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 8-ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
