This Dark chocolate Tart is fancy enough to impress but quick and easy enough to make any time for that very special someone.
Ingredients:
Tart Shell
1/3 cup coarsely ground pecans
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour and additional for
dusting work surface
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white granulated sugar
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1-2 tablespoons water
Chocolate Ganache
8 oz Dark Chocolate Bar cut into small pieces (I used Bittersweet
Chocolate)
1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
1 cup heavy cream
