Cocoa-Chai Cold Brew Smoothie Bowl

Yield: 4 cups of chai coffee concentrate and 1 smoothie bowl

This heart-healthy smoothie bowl is filled with cocoa extract, almonds, oats, and a shot of chai spiced coffee concentrate!

Ingredients:

For the Chai-Spiced Cold Brew:
½ cup of coarsely ground coffee (I used a light, breakfast blend roast)
3 pieces of thinly sliced, fresh ginger
5 green cardamom pods
2 cinnamon sticks
8 whole clove pieces
1 star anise
4 cups of water
For the smoothie bow:
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup slivered almonds
¼ cup your favorite milk
1 frozen banana
½ cup of the chai-spiced cold brew concentrate
1 packet of CocoaVia® Cranberry Raspberry Cocoa Extract Supplement
Optional garnish: extra rolled oats, slivered almonds, dark chocolate chips, chia seeds, banana slices
