Ingredients:
3 large onions, sliced
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
6 eggs, large
1 1/2 cups any milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
11/4 tsp salt, divided
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 green onion sprigs, chopped
10 oz asparagus, trimmed & cut into 2″ pieces (weigh after trimming)
4 organic sprouted bread slices, cut in big chunks (Dave’s Killer, Ezekiel or Silver HiIls work)
1 oz parmesan cheese, grated
