If until now you thought watermelon is not the fruit which is suitable for cakes, today I have a surprise for you.
Ingredients:
Sponge:
* 3 eggs
* 1 large package vanilla sugar (32g)
* 1/3 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup flour
* 2 tablespoons cold water
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
Weight yogurt:
* 3 large Greek yogurt cups (approx. 1 kg)
* 250 ml cream 36%
* 7 heaped tablespoons of icing sugar
* 4 tablespoons gelatin (approx. 40 g)
* 100 ml of milk
Watermelon Jelly:
* 600 g stripped flesh melon seeds
* 200 ml of boiling water
* 2 red jelly (I managed to buy a watermelon, but they are designed for a smaller amount of water, so to them I added 100 ml of boiling water.)
