4 figs
200 g thawed raspberries
60 g peeled pistachios
125 g of soft butter
115 g Greek yogurt *
150g icing sugar
zest of 1 orange

225 g wheat flour

CREAM
250 g mascarpone cheese
150 ml of 30% cream
2 tablespoons honey
zest of 1 orange
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
