for the smoothie:
½ avocado
½ banana
1 cup frozen tropical fruit (I used mango, peaches & strawberries)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup coconut yogurt
1 tbsp agave
3-4 frozen spinach cubes or two handfuls fresh spinach
3-4 ice cubes
toppings:
toasted shredded coconut
toasted pistachios
hemp hearts
sliced banana
