Energy Balls with Mango, Ginger and Turmeric

Ingredients:

For the balls

2 tbsps almond butter
3⁄4 cup coconut milk
1⁄2 cup dried mango (finely chopped)
1 inch fresh ginger (minced)
6 rice cakes (crumble)
1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds (roasted)
3 tsps turmeric
1 oz unflavoured vegan rice protein powder

For the coating

5 tablespoons sesame seeds (roasted)
