White chocolate & coconut tartlet hearts recipe

Vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, quick & easy

The crust is light, crumbly and the filling is ultra rich, creamy and packed full of vegan coconutty & white chocolate flavours… divine!
They are the perfect way to celebrate an occasion (like Valentines Day), birthdays, events etc…

Makes – 8

Ingredients for the base

– 400g of plain flour (I use gluten-free)
– 200g of coconut oil (Melted)
– 8 tablespoons of maple syrup

Ingredients for the filling

– 1 can of coconut cream (cream only)
– 100g of dairy-free white chocolate + 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
– Pink food gel (optional)
