150 g sugar
0.5 cups water
2 cups pasteurized egg whites
about 200 g chocolate – I used 100 g white and 100 g dark
about 1.5 tablespoons licorice powder
1.5 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries
1 teaspoon caramel essence
1 pinch salt
Garnish: liquorice granules, freeze-dried berries, chopped nuts, coconut
