1/2 pound Italian Sausage
2 Onions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Dry White Wine, or more chicken broth
28 ounces Chicken Broth
1 14.5 ounce can Diced Tomatoes
1 15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
2 Carrots, peeled and sliced
3 stalks Celery, sliced
1 Green Pepper, diced
2 tablespoons Dried Italian Herbs
2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, optional
1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, diced
1/2 cup Orzo Pasta, uncooked
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 15 ounce can White Beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups Baby Spinach, or chopped kale
