Sesame tofu noodle bowl

Sesame tofu noodle bowl is an easy, quick and satisfying meal to make when you are craving something spicy and comforting at the same time. This bowl of noodle is studded through with fresh vegetables, sesame and butter crusted tofu, broccoli, and dressed with the most incredible Asian inspired sauce ever.

Servings 2


250 gms dried noodles
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp green chillies
1 cup assorted bell peppers, julienne
1 red onion, sliced
10 florets of broccoli blanched
10 cubes of tofu
2 tsp Schezwan sauce
2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce, use Tamari for GF and vegan version
1 stalk spring onion, green part sliced thin
1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
salt and black pepper as per taste
