2 Oz of fresh lemon juice
2 Oz of pineapple Juice
2-3 Tablespoons of ginger syrup
1 Oz of vodka
for ginger syrup
1 Cup of granulated sugar
1 Cup of water
1 Small thumb of ginger, sliced
Heat water, sugar, and ginger on low until all sugar has dissolved. Let steep for 10-15 minutes and strain into a mason jar.
In a large glass fill with lemon juice, pineapple juice, ginger syrup and vodka. Stir well and fill 3/4 way with crushed ice. ‘Float’ the rest of the glass with a slow pour of pomegranate kombucha.
