¾ cup packed light brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 bag (9.90 oz.) M&M’s® Red Velvet flavored candies
¼ cup white chocolate chips

For the Red Velvet Buttercream Frosting:

½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
3 tbsp. water
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. LorAnn Red Velvet Bakery Emulsion
