4 large eggs (yolks and whites apart)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (150g) sugar
1 stick or ½ cup (125g) butter
¾ cup (115g) all purpose flour
1¾ (42 cl) lukewarm milk
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
Zest from one lemon
Icing sugar for dusting the cake
