Heart-Healthy Baked Raised Donuts

These fluffy doughnuts are addictive – good thing they are healthy and only 104 calories each!

Ingredients:

4-5 cups flour
2 T yeast
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 cup milk, warmed to around 140 degrees
6 T butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1 t salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon to shake with donuts
