½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
¾ cup sugar

1 stick butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Zest from one lemon
Unsweetened shredded coconut
