Gluten-free Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

¾ cup almond flour
½ cup arrowroot
¾ cup cocoa powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp sea salt
¾ cup palm shortening
¾ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup milk (I used coconut milk)
2 cups shredded/grated zucchini
