Crockpot Salsa Verde Honey Lime Chicken

Ingredients:

2 pounds (1kg) bone-in, skin on chicken thighs (or chicken breasts)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 bell peppers, sliced (we used green and yellow)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup (250ml) mild salsa verde
1/3-1/2 cup (80-125ml) honey
1/2 cup (125ml) lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
Salt and fresh cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Chopped cilantro, for garnish
