For the cake:

1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup freshly brewed coffee (may sub warm water)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
