1 cup butter, cold
1 cup shortening
4 1/2-5 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pea-sized drop pink gel food dye

Chocolate Ganache:

1/2 cup heavy cream
4 ounces semi sweet baking chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
fresh flowers
