Chocolate Caramel Tart [Paleo, Gluten-Free, Vegan]

Ingredients:

Crust

½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2½ cups almond meal/flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons maple syrup

Caramel Layer

1 cup creamy nut butter (I used cashew but you could use creamy almond butter)
⅔ cup pure maple syrup
⅔ cup coconut oil
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt

Chocolate Ganache

1 cup canned coconut milk
10 ounces paleo chocolate
sea salt, for topping
