Chia Pudding Parfaits

Ingredients:

serves 4

70g chia seeds
300ml milk (almond, oat, or coconut should all work)
65g Greek yoghurt
10g honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
1-2 mangoes (depending on the size) or any other fruit you fancy
granola of your choice
fruit to top
