Cheescake with cherries and a raspberry mousse Kisch

Ingredients for a 20cm shape

Floor:
100g wholemeal biscuits
40g butter (liquid)

Cheescake:
250g mascarpone
500g quark
100g icing sugar
1 Pck custard
3 eggs
200g sour cream
1 1/2 glasses Kishen

Mousse:
1/2 glass of cherries
250g raspberries (best Tk)
2 tbsp icing sugar
some lemon juice
400g whipped cream
1 1/2 Pk ground gelatin

Decoration:
Himmbeeren
100g dark chocolate
