Blueberry Cream Cake

Ingredients (for a 26cm spring form):

Dough

5 eggs
160g sugar
100g flour
100g finely grounded hazelnuts
1 tsp baking powder

Filling

500g blueberries
1 package vanilla pudding powder
30g sugar
350ml blueberry juice
Juice and peel of one bio lemon
500g cream
1 package cream stiffener
2 package vanilla sugar
150g dark chocolate coating
3-6 meringues, depending on size
