Baked Salmon in Lime-Coconut Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk
1 salmon fillet, weighing about 1¼-1½ pounds
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 kaffir lime leaves
2 limes
3-4 bird’s eye chilies (more or less depending on your heat tolerance)
