Yield 2 smoothie bowls
A quick and simple breakfast for two!
Tips and what you’ll need: a good quality blender.
2 cups your favorite milk (almond milk, cow’s milk, coconut milk etc)
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
one cup frozen blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or 1/2 teaspoon extract
6 pitted dates
toppings: banana slices, berries, shredded coconut, granola
